250gr roasted kadayif
2 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of Sugar
1 cup crushed walnuts
For the custard: cup size 200ml
1 liter milk
1 glass of sugar
3 tablespoons of starch
4 tablespoons of flour
1 packet of vanilla
200 ml cream
Fabrication:
First of all, let's fry the kadayif in a large pan until it turns color. Let's take the kadaifi on a plate and melt the butter in the same pan. Then add the kadaifi again, put the sugar and coarsely crushed walnuts on it, fry it a little more and take it out of the oven.
For the pudding, we put the starch, flour and sugar in a suitable saucepan. Let's pour the milk little by little and mix it at the same time, if we do it this way, there will never be any lumps. Let's keep stirring the custard until it comes to the boiling point. When the eyes become eyes, let's keep it on the stove for a few more seconds and then take it aside.
After the pudding is warm, we add a pack of cream and vanilla sugar and beat it with a mixer. Sprinkle half of the kadayif into my debt and distribute it evenly. We pour the whole pudding on it.
Sprinkle the remaining kadayif on the pudding and wait for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator, then slice and serve.
